When do you refund a paid listing?
Unvero Launch doesn't refund paid listings once charged, except when we remove yours from the stage.

The rule
Once you've paid for a listing on Unvero Launch, that purchase is final. Your money stays with us—this is what you agree to in our terms. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
When we take down your listing
If our team rejects or removes a paid listing, you're entitled to your money back. We refund the full amount automatically to the original payment method you used. You'll also receive a credit note for your records.
If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address so we can send the refund there instead.
Disputed payments
If a payment is disputed or reversed—through your bank or payment provider—everything bought with that order is taken down while the dispute is being resolved. Should the dispute be decided in our favour, your listing can be restored to the stage. If it goes against us, the takedown stands.
Questions people ask
- Can I get a refund after I've paid?
- No. Purchases are final once paid. The only exception is if Unvero Launch removes your listing—then we refund you in full.
- What happens if I dispute a payment?
- Your listing is taken down during the dispute. If we win the dispute, we can put it back up. If you win, it stays down.
- I paid in cryptocurrency—how do I get refunded?
- We'll refund crypto to a payout address. Just give us the address and we'll send it there.
