• When do you refund a paid listing?

  Unvero Launch doesn't refund paid listings once charged, except when we remove yours from the stage.

• How do I claim my company's listing?

  Take ownership of your listing and earn the Verified badge by proving you control your company's domain.

• How do I edit my listing after it goes live?

  Adjust your description, tagline, FAQs, links and more in the editor. Your changes take effect when you hit save.

• Stop receiving emails, change your sign-in address, or delete your account

  Manage which emails you receive, update your sign-in address, or request full account removal and data deletion.

• When does my founder profile unlock my listing?

  Complete your founder profile to release your listing from backstage and bring it into the spotlight.

• How do I control my notifications?

  Set your alert preferences by channel, frequency and quiet hours at /account/notifications.

  Your first category is free. You can add up to 3 more categories for $5 to reach more of your audience.

• Free listing or paid launch—which suits your reveal?

  Compare what each option offers: free listings queue for weeks but cost nothing; paid launches go live immediately with full profile access.
