Acceptable use policy
Unvero Launch · Last updated · Version 1.0
This policy sets out what you may and may not do on Unvero Launch (unverolaunch.com). It is part of our terms of service. It applies to everything you publish (listings, awards, profiles, reviews, comments, stories, images) and to how you use the site, its badges, its API and its MCP server.
1. What belongs here
Real products, services and companies that people can use or buy, presented honestly by the people who run them or with their permission. Be accurate, keep your listing up to date and say clearly what is free and what costs money.
2. What is not allowed
- Anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law: fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes, counterfeit goods, stolen data or accounts, unlicensed gambling, illegal drugs, weapons, or services that break sanctions.
- Malware, spyware, unwanted software, or websites that hide what they do.
- Sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities), adult content, and content that sexualises anyone without consent.
- Hate, harassment, threats, violence, or content that promotes self-harm or terrorism.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark, privacy or other rights, including other people's personal data published without permission.
- False or misleading claims: fake reviews, invented customers, figures or awards, pretending to be another business or person, or misleading health, financial or legal claims.
- Spam: keyword stuffing, duplicate listings for the same product, listings that exist only to place a link, or mass unsolicited messages to other users.
3. Votes and reviews
- One person, one account, one vote. Do not create extra accounts, use bots, swap votes, buy or sell votes, or reward people for voting.
- Reviews must reflect a real experience. Do not review your own product or a competitor's, and say if you were given something in return.
- We may remove votes and reviews that break these rules and disqualify the listing that benefits.
4. Automated access, the API and the MCP server
- Use the public API or the MCP server for automated access. Do not scrape the site, get around rate limits, Cloudflare checks or the human check, or overload the site.
- Do not use the API to copy the database in bulk, build a competing directory, harvest personal data or send spam.
- Do not probe for security weaknesses or access data that is not yours. If you find a security problem, please report it to launch@zinndigital.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling others.
5. Badges and widgets
Place our badges and widgets only on websites you control, unchanged, and only for the listing they belong to. Do not fake a badge or hide it to pass a check.
6. What happens if the rules are broken
We may edit for format, hide, reject or remove content, remove votes, limit features, revoke API keys, or suspend or close accounts. Where a paid listing is removed because it breaks this policy, no refund is due (see the terms). Serious cases may be reported to the police or other authorities.
7. Reporting
To report content or behaviour, use the contact form and choose "Report a listing or content", with a link to the page. We look at every report.
