Every person that joins one of your campaigns (either directly or through a referral) counts as a User.
What is a campaign?
A campaign is a pre-launch waitlist or referral program for a single audience. You would want multiple campaigns if you develop in staging and production environments.
What happens if I go over my limit of users?
At Prefinery, you pay a fair monthly price based on your actual usage. Each plan includes a specific quantity of users. If you exceed that limit, an overage charge of $0.005 per user per month applies.
How does your 14-day risk-free trial work?
You can try any Prefinery plan totally free for 14 days. At the end of the 14 days, if you haven't canceled, the company will charge your credit card for the subscription you selected.
