How do I control my notifications?
Set your alert preferences by channel, frequency and quiet hours at /account/notifications.

Pick your alert channels and pace
Visit /account/notifications to shape exactly which notices reach you. For each type of alert, you choose:
- Where: Email, Telegram or Slack (Telegram and Slack connect via your own bot or webhook)
- How often: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Off
If you use Telegram or Slack, you can set optional quiet hours so messages pause during your chosen times.
Notices you must receive
A small set of alerts cannot be switched off, as they protect your account and reveal. These include:
- Transaction receipts and refunds
- Payment issues and disputes
- Listings held for your founder profile
- Changes to your listing status
- Missing badge notifications
- Security alerts (new device sign-ins, email address changes)
Quick unsubscribe
Every notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Use it to turn off that specific notice type instantly, without visiting your account settings.
Questions people ask
- Can I stop getting emails about my listings?
- No. Status changes and holds on your listings are mandatory notices—they keep you informed of your reveal's standing. You can adjust other notices, but these always come through.
- How do I set quiet hours on Slack or Telegram?
- Go to /account/notifications, find your chosen channel, and enable optional quiet hours. Alerts will pause during your specified window and resume afterwards.
- What if I want no emails at all?
- Some notices must reach you by email for your security and account protection. You can switch other notices to Slack or Telegram instead, or set them to Off if they are not mandatory.
