Updated

Control your notice emails

Each notice email includes a link to unsubscribe from that type of notice. For more detailed control, visit /account/notifications to choose which notices you receive and how often.

Some emails always reach you regardless of your preferences: receipts, refunds, payment problems, listing holds and security notices. These cannot be turned off.

Update your sign-in address

Use /account/email to request a new sign-in address. We'll verify the change by sending confirmation emails to both your current and new address. Once complete, you'll receive a security notice at your new address.

Request account deletion

Submit a deletion request via /account/privacy, or email launch@zinndigital.com, using the address currently on your account. We'll confirm by email exactly what will be removed: your account, founder profile and personal details.

If you just want to see what we hold: on /account/privacy one button downloads all your data as a zip, with your invoices as PDFs.

Invoices are retained for the duration required by law. To understand how we process your personal data, see /privacy.
