When does my founder profile unlock my listing?
Complete your founder profile to release your listing from backstage and bring it into the spotlight.

The spotlight requirements
Before your listing steps onto our stage, your founder profile at /account/founder must be fully dressed. We need:
- A photograph and a one-line caption for it
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A biography (minimum 80 characters)
- At least one personal link—your own website or personal social profile, not company pages
Your city and a founder story link are optional flourishes.
Why your listing waits in the wings
You can draft, submit and pay for a listing without trouble. But it cannot go live or be scheduled until your profile is complete. Think of it as dress rehearsal: everything is prepared and ready, simply held from the stage.
The moment your profile is finished, your listing is released automatically. Any paid week you've reserved stays yours. If that week has already passed, your listing goes live this week (paid) or moves into the next available free-queue week, and we'll let you know what happened.
Bringing co-founders to centre stage
You can invite co-founders from the Team section at /account/founder. They'll appear on your product page once they complete their own profiles.

- My listing is paid but not live. What's holding it back?
- Your founder profile is incomplete. Check /account/founder for any missing fields: photo, name, role, country, biography, or personal link. Once you finish, your listing releases immediately.
- Do co-founders need their own profiles?
- Yes. Invite them from the Team section at /account/founder, but they only appear on your product after completing their own founder profiles.
- What if my paid week passes while my profile is incomplete?
- Your listing will go live in the next available free-queue week instead. We'll notify you of the change.
